Get To Know Sheena
Sheena is an accredited reiki master teacher, manifestation coach, medium & intuitive healer. She is a registered member of Reiki and Seichem association (RASA) and the international practitioners of holistic medicine.
Her spiritual journey began in India at the age of 17, preceding her college years. From there, she spent 6 months in an ashram, delving deep into yoga, chanting mantras and meditation.
In 2016, during her travels in India, she had a profound spiritual awakening, also known as kundalini awakening. She describes this, as a pivotal moment in her life. During this time, she developed an immediate affinity for astrology and crystals.
Her deep love for crystals eventually connected her with a reiki master who introduced her to reiki for the first time.
The Journey to Mastering Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Moonology
Upon her return to the UK, she immediately immersed herself in reiki, achieving master teacher level in both reiki and reiki Seichem.
To further her knowledge and understanding of crystals, she pursued a diploma in crystal healing. Her fascination with astrology prompted her to enrol in an intensive Moonology course created by renowned astrologer Yasmin Boland.
Leveraging her understanding of the Moonology and the Law of Attraction, she has not only manifested her own dreams but has also guided others in manifesting their ideal lives.

What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique by Mikao Usui, treating mind, body, emotions, and spirit to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

How Does Reiki Work?
Practitioners channel high-frequency energy by placing hands on or above the body, interacting with the body's energy fields.

During a Reiki Treatment.
Reiki treatment sessions last 30 minutes to one hour, with recipients fully clothed, feeling sensations like tingling, warmth, or coolness. Over 20 types exist, including Usui and Holy Fire Reiki.

What is Seichem?
Seichem is a powerful energy healing system discovered by Patrick Zeigler in 1980 at the Great Pyramid of Giza. Pronounced "say-keem," Seichem functions similarly to Reiki by placing hands on the body, but it also extends into the aura.

It is believed to be one of the healing arts practiced in ancient Egypt and comprises four elemental rays:
Earth (Reiki), Water (Sophia-El), Air (Angelic Light), and Fire (Sakara).

While Reiki alone is powerful, its combination with Seichem transforms and intensifies the energy, leading to a deeper transformation and enhanced healing potential. Utilising all four elemental rays together amplifies the force, resulting in profound, magical healing experiences.
